Let me tell you from my own experience, that regular daily meditation practice is life changing. I learned to meditate thirty years ago and I still look forward to enjoying my time out.
But how to begin? How to find a method of meditation that will suit you? Yes, it’s not easy. There are so many so-called special systems that require you to commit a lot of time and money. Some even market gadgets to wear whilst meditating! Then there are religious groups and that’s fine if that is what you are looking for. But what if none of these appeal to you?
Over the years I’ve tried most styles of meditation and a long while ago I came to the conclusion that a simple technique is the best.
The hardest thing about meditation is just turning up to do it!!
